Meet the Founder

Hi! My name is Madelaine Duluc, and I am the proud founder of Duluc Learning. I am so excited to support your child on their academic journey! With over 15 years of experience working with children, I am a certified K–6 general education teacher and a certified special education teacher. I’ve had the privilege of working with students of all learning styles and abilities, and I am deeply passionate about helping each child reach their full potential. At Duluc Learning, we believe in a warm, structured approach that builds confidence and skills. Our instruction is grounded in a direct, systematic, sequential, and multisensory method, specializing in the Orton-Gillingham approach for literacy. We can’t wait to welcome your child into the Duluc Learning family!

The Orton-Gillingham approach is a proven, research-based method designed to help children learn to read, write, and spell with confidence. Originally developed for students with dyslexia, this approach benefits all learners by using a direct, structured, and multisensory teaching style. That means we teach in a clear, step-by-step way using sight, sound, touch, and movement to help students connect with the material. Lessons are personalized to your child’s pace and learning style, making it easier for them to understand and retain what they learn. Most importantly, Orton-Gillingham builds strong foundational skills and helps students become confident, independent readers and writers.
